The reason that it can be hard for some to quit smoking now, like right away, is because the nicotine urge is so strong and

overpowering, that over time of use; it can make it very difficult for a person to not give in to the sensation or the

craving for more. This however should not be used as an excuse though, since there have been many people that have quit

smoking in a day. The need and want that you have to quit smoking altogether will have to battle and win against that craving

that you have for wanting more. Simply jus say “no”, when you feel the urge for a cigarette, and think get your mind off it

by doing something else, like go on a walk or exercise; anything that is positive and that will keep your mind off of

smoking.

There are advertisements and influencing people all over the world that get other people to start smoking. People simply fall

into this habit because they think it’s cool, their friends do it, or even because they are stressed out and use it to fill

an emptiness that will never be filled from just smoking, it will only create something in you that will cause you to want

more, which is very bad for your health in the long run. There are about 4000 different kind of chemicals that cigarettes

carry in them which is a main cause of many diseases that people can get, including lung cancer, and damaged vocal chords.

Who honestly wants their health to be at risk because of smoking? Is your life important enough for you that you will stop

smoking? This is why you should quit smoking now before it’s too late and your health is in danger.

You are fooled if you think that smoking will help you to get rid of depression, anxiety, and other issues that you are using

it to cover up in your life, because smoking is only a temporary solution that does not get rid of these problems, but they

in fact only wake them worse to the point that if you don’t have a cigarette your problems will only magnify. Stop smoking

today and you’ll be glad that you did!
